Login problems
 

Having trouble staying logged in. While posting I can preview it logs me off. If I hit preview I can't go back to my post page. If I visit a link it logs me off.

Any help would be appreciated.

For some reason I have to log after ever post.
I dont know why this happens but it does, not all of the time, it is a selective problem.

You are clicking the remember me box right?
Also to stay logged in you must browes using cookies.

No problems here, other than forgetting my password when changing computers. I log in several times daily, and have no issues, other than the new post sometimes not working. No biggie.

I do now but why should that matter I have not left the forum?
Most forums only log you out after you leave them not in between every post.
No biggie though its easy enough to check the remember me box.

I wished I had an answer. It has never logged me out at anytime. I am always getting logged out at the Zed but not here.
I will check your settings and see if I notice anything different.

Ah its no big deal, if I check the remember me box it works fine.
Well so long as I dont clear my personal data, lol.
Unless of course you are addressing the original poster who seems to be having the same problem, that is. But I think the remember me box will work for him as well, but dont quote me, lol.

It is not a problem to check, Anyway I am just as concerned over your log in also.

One thing to remember. I run a program in the background on one of my pc's in the shack. When ever I try to veiw a recent website I have to log in, because the program that runs in the background clears all my cookies.
So I have to log in again. But there is a lot of data on the pc I do not want to expose to rest of the network. Such as banking info, billing,ect.

This also happens to me. Just wondering as in my OP if this is a common occurence.

Yes! It seems not to help on other forums as well.

Haven't changed my cookie setting either.

I've started not logging out when I've left the forum. That seems to help.
