Name This Site
 

This site has always been called "Gokarters" since the beginning.
Although the url has gokarters in it I think it is time for a name.
Sometime in the future the url will be changed. I think I have 7 to 8 months left on this one.

I like you (the users) list names that would cover the theme of the site.
We will run this thread for a month and see what we come up with.

At the end of the month we will post a poll on the listed Theme Names.

Cheesy I know...
 

this may be kind of cheesy but the first thing that came to my mind was "The Pileup" :arf2:

If you added a DX cluster at the top of the page around the chat box the name would make sense, also, to me it just seemed like a cool name at the time that I thought of it.

How about QRO? We're makin a lot of noise!

If you are trying to recruit rookies, how about "radio rookies" . Or radiofanatics, lol. radioaddicts is the best I can come up with. shortwaveaddicts, sumthin like that.

Funny you said that. A friend of mine that was into cb radios used to call us that.

That's been my nickname ever since I got drunk and chased a guy through the local bar with a hammer. For him and me, I'm glad I didn't catch him. :arf2:

Back in the days of CB radios, my husband said I would get a lot more people to talk to me if I had a handle that sounded like I was a hooker!!!!

So, I used "MIDNIGHT ANGEL".
And sure enough, I got lots of action!!!!
