I rest in the Lord as any other day, while I pray for others who are running themselves ragged!!!!

But it was not always this way for me. Took a while to let go of that old habit.
It has been a relief, to say the least.

But let me repeat .....
I do NOT go ballistic because someone else is still in that habit.
Just sharing some research and how that path led me to feel the way I do about it.
