Nope, the property owner is fully liable once they buy the property, a law NC made last decade. The EPA won't help me, the site is on the Superfund list, with no more intended actions. Those responsible were supposed to clean it up back in 85, but they pulled the wool over the gov'ts eyes. All barrels were to be removed, but they weren't. I don't know what will happen now, but thanx for your interest. PLEASE, spread it around. Thank you, Crazy Randy
