Overall, good radio.
I have owned this radio for about 2 1/2 years now, no big problems. Great radio to start yourself off with, not to great a Noise blanker, but the DSP works great! A FB rig. It is one of the best mobile operating rigs on the market. I have used it as a base even and it can greatly compare itself to other rigs.
It has a fan that will run frequently, but that's only if you use the radio for a few hours straight.
A good purchase, not many are disappointed.
