Slain in the Spirit, from what I have seen, is when someone is so overwhelmed with the glory of God they fall to the grownd in worship...
Praying in the spirit, from what I have seen, involves tongues but should be done quietly or in private... It is a time when the Spirit is ministering to you thru worship in tongues. It is meant to strengthen and edify your personal walk with God...
The gift of Tongues, from what I have seen, that is loud and in the middle of a congregation is meant to be interpreted, and always is... It is a direct form of God comunicating to a congregation... Basically jesus saying "excuse me pastor I have somthing more to say here..."
