I am about the only ham I know of in my area (should I say state  ) under 18
There are 2 other kids I know of my age (one older) they are both techs though and I don't even hear them in the repeaters that much.

We have a 17 year old girl and an 18 year old boy on our local repeater. A couple counties over there is a 7 year old girl and her 8 year old cousin who get on 2 meter simplex and talk. All are Techs.
