Anyways, my daughter and son in law had a unexpected layover in Rome the other day so they decided to day trip it around the city. Spent some time in the Vatican. The statue of Zeus/Peter there has the foot worn down from all the kissin'. So I call him fish foot. They said it looks like a flipper. Now if it was up to me I would break out the old velvet ropes and stop that stuff...... after hundreds of years of kissin' you would think that the owners would get the idea. They also said that many of the popes are laid out in glass cases in the walls and you have people praying in front of the glass. Creepus Maximus!

I think it's good to know your roots, where you came from, how much we've been forgiven. The bible also tells us to act as we have received because we have, and it also talks about love covering a multitude of sins.

Luke 7
46 My head with oil thou didst not anoint: but this woman hath anointed my feet with ointment.
47 Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much:
but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.

Living is in the dying. We have been set free, set apart. The life is in the death because He was raised to life. I live because HE is risen. I live with power over sin. Our authority over sin is in Christ. I'm not talking about the struggle, or that you are a sinner.

I'm talking about you dressing yourself in the clothes Jesus made for you which you have stated as far as the armor, sissy, and His promises you mentioned, A2D.

Like Cinderella putting on the glass slipper. You are His and He is Yours.

You said that you have a large collection of carved statues of your deceased neighbors. That way they will ever be before you, least with the passing of time you forget.

Now you can add my statue to your collection. However, I'm still here.

Perhaps with all these statues, you can plant a circular flower bed of three colors, one green, one white and one red. In the center have a low sitting area.

The statues that you have carved of your neighbors who are in heaven put in the white flower area.

The statues of those still here in the green flower area.

Then you can sit in the middle and talk to everybody and even explain what your doing to passers by, it would be a great conversation sparker.
