It only mentions 3 sons of Noah. And all the 70 named came from one of the three sons. Who are the other sons of Noah? How and when did they get turned into a different race? Were they born that way? Or did something happen between the time the 3 sons were born and Genesis 10 that would suggest the 70 were different races? If something happened, what was it, and when? I'll address the law thing after you clear this up for us.

In my researching this I found this interesting piece in Matthew Henry's Whole Bible Commentary;
Regarding Gen 10:1 Quote:

I read a report not long ago that said it was a genetic fact that all humans came from a single woman.
But they were not sure if all came from one man or not.

Don't know if it was one of those I read.
All that DNA gene stuff is over my head! And besides, no telling what tommorrows report will say! I just remember they said they could narrow our female ancsestor to one mother, but they couldn't narrow our male anscestor to just one father. It caught my interest because it would sorta give support to the serpent seed doctrine. Genesis tells us that Eve is the mother of all living. But it doesn't say that about Adam. Of course, it would not support the 8th day Adam doctrine, because that doctrine's main basis is that there were other humans before Adam & Eve ever came along. Bet them other humans were pissed at Adam & Eve! I can just hear them now, "If it hadn't been for you two nerds we wouldn't be in this mess!" :rulz
