That happened to me the first time too.
The second time I called it up, it worked. Oh I hope it works for you. It's the funniest thing I've ever heard.

BC, make sure your "mute" button isn't on...if you have XP its alittle speaker button on the right side and click on it...it'll show you if your volume is turned down or not. Or go to your control panel and check to see if you have your sound turned off.
 Funny! I couldn't help but laugh with the guy...LOL great link!
